How do I know if a specific Éclat part will fit my current BMX setup?
Most of our components follow industry standards (e.g., 22mm or 24mm spindles, 1 1/8 inch headtubes). We recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' tab on each product page. If you are unsure about hub spacing or bottom bracket compatibility, please contact our support team with your frame model.
What is the warranty policy on Éclat frames and forks?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on select aftermarket frames and forks. This covers cracks and structural failures under normal riding conditions but does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or general wear and tear like dents and scratches.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Can I return a part if I've already tried to install it?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in brand new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Once a part has been clamped, greased, or shows signs of tool marks, we can no longer accept it for return unless it is a warranty issue.
Are Éclat hubs compatible with other brands' hub guards?
While some universal guards may fit, our hubs are precision-engineered to work best with Éclat-specific bolt-on or press-fit guards. Using the designated Éclat guard ensures maximum protection for your spokes and flanges without spreading your dropouts.
